This policy applies to the DaySwap mobile app and related services. We process only the information needed for daily exchange, matching, community, chat, virtual gifts, and safety protection.
Information We Collect
Optional profile information does not need to be completed all at once, and choosing not to add an avatar does not limit your account. The information we process includes:
Account Information
Login email, password verification information, date of birth, and account status, used for sign-in and age-threshold checks.
Profile Information
Your chosen name, avatar, country or region, languages, introduction, rhythm, and tags, used for profile display and matching.
Content You Share
Daily photos, posts, comments, chat messages, and image attachments, together with the related interaction relationships.
Coins & Gifts
Balance, transaction, and gift records only when you add funds or send virtual gifts.
Safety Information
Relevant records and necessary device-session information only when you report, block, appeal, or protect account security.
Matches & Interactions
Relationship and status information needed for matching, viewing progress, chat, and video calls.
How We Use Information
For sign-in, age-threshold checks, profile display, daily exchange, matching, community, chat, video calls, and related features.
We process related content, relationships, balances, and records only when you share content, interact, add funds, or send virtual gifts.
To handle reports, blocks, review, and appeals, and protect accounts and the community. Match, message, and safety notifications are sent only after you enable them.
Where Content Appears
Different types of content are shown only in their relevant product contexts and are affected by your in-app settings and safety actions.
Shown to other users according to the visibility settings you choose in the app.
Shown only to the match in the relevant exchange flow. Content that is not approved or is hidden is not shown again.
Shown only to conversation participants.
Records the sender, recipient, gift type, and time, and may appear in the recipient's gift panel.
System Permissions
Permissions are requested only when a related feature needs them. Turning off a permission may make that feature unavailable, without affecting other features.
You can review, turn off, or restore permissions in DaySwap under Me > System Permissions or in your device settings.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the relevant purpose, then delete or anonymize it unless law requires otherwise.
Your Choices & Rights
You can manage content and profile information in the app. Where applicable law allows, you can also request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your information.
View and update your profile, manage system permissions, and delete daily or community content.
End a chat or video call at any time, or report or block another account.
Sign out or submit an account deletion request in the app. Related profile information, content, coins, gifts, matches, and messages are deleted or anonymized unless law requires retention.

Safety & Minors
We use access controls, encryption in transit, minimum necessary permissions, content review, and unusual-behavior detection to protect information.
Adults Only
DaySwap is offered only to adults aged 18 and over. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, we restrict its use and handle it under applicable rules.
Protect Your Everyday Life
Please do not publicly share an address, identity document, financial account, or other sensitive information in posts, daily photos, or chats. If you experience sexual harassment, threats, risk of self-harm, or a suspected minor, report or block immediately. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Updates & Contact
If this policy changes materially, we will update the version and effective date in the app and, where necessary, ask for consent again. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact DaySwap.
